Kiss the Sky is a new mini-album of six songs recorded in the summer of 2023 and released in November of the same year. It represents a slight departure from the band’s usual traditional guitar-based music and finds them experimenting more with electronica and other new sounds. At its heart, though, the guitar origins of the songs can still be heard in the songwriting and Revival remains resolutely an indie rock guitar band. Tickin’ On is an old live favourite and the opening song for many of the band’s later gigs. It is included here as a bonus track, after the mini-album’s epic closer and title track ‘Kiss The Sky’.
